The mission of the RIDEA (Rhode Island Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, & Action) Committee is to promote a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion in the RI beverage industry.
Diversity
We aim to increase diversity in the beverage industry by providing opportunities and funding for women, people of color, and the LGBTQ+ community.
Equity
We hope to increase equity within the beverage industry by making sure people from all backgrounds are given equal opportunities and compensated fairly.
Action
We are committed to increasing diversity and equity in the beverage industry through scholarships, workshops, and events that enact real, tangible change.
